Drafts and Coaches Meetings
Attention ALL Coaches
There will be two coaches meetings at the PG gym. One is Monday, November 26 at 6:30pm and the other is Thursday, November 29 at 6:30 pm. All coaches for all Girls, Boys, and Mite teams are required to attend at least one of these meetings.

Drafts are scheduled for Monday, November 26 immediately following the coaches meeting,
7:15 Mite Draft
7:30 Junior Boys
8:15 Senior Boys
This is also LAST CALL for any girls ages 9 through High School that want to play this season. We need to get the girls teams finalized by first week of December.

Questions…
Someone asked when practices and games will be. Practices are one day a week and depends on which team a player is on. Games are one day a week (with an occasional exception). You can take a look at last season’s schedules. This season should be similar.
The schedule for this season has not been created yet – that will come later. However, most leagues will probably play a game in December and some may not begin until January.
Hopefully practices will begin by late November. Be patient, a coach will be calling you soon after the drafts.
Coaches Meeting Monday at 7:00
All coaches for all Girls and Boys teams are requested to attend the meeting on Monday at 7:00 at the PG gym. Please bring the registration forms and list of players on each of your teams.

Location will be the Pleasant Garden Elementary School gym.
At least one parent must come to sign the form for registration.
The league is open for Boys and Girls ages 6 through High School who live in the Southeast Guilford High School district and/or are members of one of the sponsoring churches or organizations.

Sunday, October 21 2pm to 4pm
Tuesday, October 23 6pm to 8pm

Having a Great Tournament So Far!
If you haven’t been out to Southeast High School yet this week you have missed some entertaining games. Only a few days left in the 2012 season. Which teams will be crowned Tournament Champions? Come out and see some of the action.
Mites and Senior Boys have their semifinals tonight and Pee Wee and Junior Boys have semis on Friday.
All of the Finals are scheduled for Saturday.
Come out and support your church or organization or your favorite players!
Admission is $2, a real bargain!
