Hello to all basketball players, families, and fans of the PGYBA.

We are all looking for an update on the status of the new 2021-2022 season.  Unfortunately, we still have no decision on if or when we may have the start of signups or games.

The league has been in contact with the school system and we are hoping to get an update after the first week of November.  Until then just hold tight and stay safe and healthy.

All PRACTICES and GAMES scheduled for Thursday, February 6 have been canceled due to the early release of the schools and weather.

All PGYBA Parents, Grandparents, and  Players – Please be aware that there are major changes made to the schedules in December!

The Saturday games on December 14 and December will ALL be played as Scheduled. 

However all Monday and Tuesday night games in December are being rescheduled to after the new year in 2020.  These dates include

Monday, December 9

Thursday, December 12

Monday, December 16

Thursday, December 19

Your coaches will notify you when these games will be played.

Also there are a few changes to the Girls game dates in February.  The changes to the Girls games are listed on the updated schedules.

Hi Ladies,

We are hoping to have a Senior Girls league this year.  Only one thing is holding us back.  We need more young ladies to come and sign up.

All girls in the Southeast Guilford School District are encouraged to come out and play some basketball.

Come out and sign up on Monday, October 28 from 6pm to 8pm at the Pleasant Garden Gym.

At least one parent must be present to register so tell Mom or Dad to “Come on let’s Go!”  This applies to all ages from 6 years old to senior high school girls and guys.

Registration is $30 per player. For families registering three or more kids there is a small discount.

At least one parent must be present to register their child to play. This applies to all ages from 6 years old to senior high school girls and guys,

Signups will be held at the Pleasant Garden Gym on the following dates:

Monday, October 14 from 6pm to 8pm

Sunday, October 20 from 2pm to 4pm

Tuesday, October 22 from 6pm to 8pm

After October 22, any additional signups will be considered LATE SIGNUPS and the registration fee will increase to $50 per player.
