All PGYBA Parents, Grandparents, and  Players – Please be aware that there are major changes made to the schedules in December!

The Saturday games on December 14 and December will ALL be played as Scheduled. 

However all Monday and Tuesday night games in December are being rescheduled to after the new year in 2020.  These dates include

Monday, December 9

Thursday, December 12

Monday, December 16

Thursday, December 19

Your coaches will notify you when these games will be played.

Also there are a few changes to the Girls game dates in February.  The changes to the Girls games are listed on the updated schedules.

Hi Ladies,

We are hoping to have a Senior Girls league this year.  Only one thing is holding us back.  We need more young ladies to come and sign up.

All girls in the Southeast Guilford School District are encouraged to come out and play some basketball.

Come out and sign up on Monday, October 28 from 6pm to 8pm at the Pleasant Garden Gym.

At least one parent must be present to register so tell Mom or Dad to “Come on let’s Go!”  This applies to all ages from 6 years old to senior high school girls and guys.

Plans are to have leagues available for ages 6 through Senior High based on signups.

Registration is $30 per player. For families registering three or more kids there is a small discount.

Signups will be held at the Pleasant Garden Gym on the following dates:

Monday, October 14 from 6pm to 8pm

Sunday, October 20 from 2pm to 4pm

Tuesday, October 22 from 6pm to 8pm

After October 22, any additional signups will be considered LATE SIGNUPS and the registration fee will increase to $50 per player.

We will be on a tight schedule, so have

players ready to play 15 minutes before scheduled game time.

Games will be started up to 15 minutes early If possible. First game will start at 10:00.

Coaches – Please have a list of all of your players and numbers at least 15:00 minutes before game time at score table so we can announce them.

Tournament games at Southeast High on Saturday, March 2 are as follows:

Junior girls: PG Methodist – PG Baptist @10:00

Peewee boys: PG Methodist -Tabernacle @ 11:00

Mites: Patriots – Rockets @ Noon

Junior boys: PG Methodist – Vandalia @ 1:00

Senior boys: Bethlehem – Tabernacle @ 2:00

All games scheduled for Saturday 12/15 have been Postponed.

These games will be rescheduled after New Year’s. The rescheduled dates will be posted here once scheduled.

All games scheduled for Thursday 12/13 have been CANCELED due to school closings and road conditions.

Also all Thursday 12/13 and Friday 12/14 practices have been canceled.

Status of Saturday games will be determined later. We hope to play but stayed tuned for more updates.
