The 2015 PGYBA Tournament Schedule has been set.
Hopefully, this will not change. Based on the Southeast Varsity Girls Basketball playoffs and weather conditions there could be a few changes. If changes are needed coaches will be notified as early as possible and we will update this site. Thanks.
Thursday games, and all remaining practices have been canceled.
Tournament Games are scheduled to begin this Saturday. Details will be posted as soon as available.

Due to an upcoming funeral, Picture Day has been rescheduled to Saturday January 24.
Junior and Senior Boys Drafts are Set for Monday 11/24
Junior Boys will draft at 7:00
Senior Boys will draft at 8:00
Coaches must bring ALL Registration Forms and turn them and their Rosters in at the draft.
The Mites coaches finalized their teams last night and you can expect calls soon from those coaches if you son or daughter is in the Mites league (ages 6 – 8).
As of right now we do not have enough girls for a Senior Girls (ages 14 to Senior high) league. If we do not get enough to have a league then refunds will be given. At the last count we only had 11 Senior girls. It is very disappointing, but many of the older girls have decided not to play this season. Will update again later.
Meanwhile the Junior girls (ages 9 to 13) are finalizing teams tonight and you can expect to be called later this week for information on teams and practices for the Junior Girls.
And of course, as always we are still waiting until the High School completes their teams before finalizing our Junior and Senior Boys teams. Thanks.
The PGYBA is looking for a few more coaches for our Mite teams.
The Mites are boys and girls ages 6 to 8 years old. We need a few more good folks to lead these young people as their coaches this season. You don’t have to be an expert, just need a little basketball knowledge and a lot of compassion to help these young girls and guys learn some skills, learn some teamwork, make new friends, and have lots of FUN!
If you have a son or daughter signed up, or just want to be a part of this positive experience, please consider this as a great chance to help these kids grow.
If you can volunteer for one hour of practice and one game (very seldom two) per week then please give Don Venable a call at 674-0751.
